Filip Marzuki

Filip Marzuki has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Filip started their career at FusionFarm, where they worked as a Creative Contributor from June 2011 to April 2012. Filip then joined Sigma Kudos as a Consulting Information Engineer, managing technical writing, document handling, and project management from May 2012 to August 2012.

After that, Filip worked at Avanade as a Business Intelligence Consultant from September 2012 to May 2014, focusing on data warehousing, ETL, and business modeling. Filip then became a Member of the Board at Brf RoslagsKulle from May 2014 to April 2017.

Following this, Filip worked at Klarna as a Product Manager Risk & Analytics Consultant from June 2016 to January 2018, overseeing products in the analytics platform and leading multiple development teams. Concurrently, they were also a Board Member at Föreningen Medeltidsskeppet Helga Holm from March 2016 to January 2020.

Filip then joined Spotify as an Insights Director Consultant in August 2018, where they built and led cross-functional teams to generate actionable insights through metrics and strategic partnerships until January 2020. Filip also worked at Netlight as a Senior Consultant and Solution Manager, where they focused on delivering value to clients and providing technical expertise and coaching from November 2015 to January 2020.

Most recently, Filip joined SEB as a member of the Management Team, specializing in Data & Analytics, from January 2020 to May 2023. Filip played a crucial role in the organization's data and analytics initiatives.

Currently, Filip is the Vice President of Engineering at SAVR, starting in May 2023.

Filip Marzuki obtained a M.Sc degree in Product Development and IT Management from KTH Royal Institute of Technology from 2005 to 2010. In 2007 to 2008, they attended Osaka University, where they focused on Product Development. In 2009 to 2010, they also studied Entrepreneurship at Stockholm School of Entrepreneurship. In terms of additional certifications, they obtained the Certified SAFe 5 Agilist certification from Scaled Agile, Inc. in February 2020. Filip also received the PB001: Planetary Boundaries certification from SDG Academy in August 2019 and the Certified Scrum Product Owner® (CSPO) certification from Scrum Alliance in June 2017.
