Sofie Knutsson

Sofie Knutsson began their career in 2012 as a Marketing Assistant at SHL. In 2015, they joined Kognity as a Customer Success Manager, where they built out a new function from scratch. Sofie then became Head of People Operations, followed by Director of People Operations. In 2020, they moved to Kry, where they held the roles of HR Manager for the Nordics, Sweden, and New Markets & Special Projects. In 2022, they became Chief Operating Officer at SAVR, where they are responsible for overseeing daily operations of the company and implementing ways of working to promote company culture and vision.

Sofie Knutsson earned a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from Stockholm University between 2013 and 2016.
