Mustafa Özlü

Mustafa ÖZLÜ, MSc, LLM, PMP®, serves as a Sözleşmeli Uzman at SSB - Savunma Sanayii Başkanlığı since April 2018, focusing on technical management of artificial intelligence R&D projects, development of defense industry AI platforms, and cybersecurity initiatives. Previously, Mustafa held the position of Kıdemli Danışman at STM, managing big data technologies and coordinating workshops on various advanced technologies including AI and robotics between March 2017 and April 2018. From 2009 to 2017, involvement in the judiciary system as a bilişim bilirkişisi included preparing expert reports for numerous cases at Ankara Adliyesi. Prior to that, experience included roles as a bilgisayar mühendisi and bilgisayar programcısı at Türk Patent ve Marka Kurumu, alongside teaching computer science and working as a web designer and developer. Mustafa's education includes a Master's degree in Computer Science from Hacettepe University and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering from Selçuk University, complemented by additional studies in computer programming and intellectual property law.
