Ben Koth has extensive work experience in sales and management roles. Ben worked as a Senior Vice President of Sales at Savvas Learning Co (formerly Pearson K12 Learning) from 2016 to present. Prior to that, they held the same role at Pearson from 2016 to present. In that position, they were responsible for driving top-line sales and profit growth, leading sales and service teams, and formulating and executing strategic and operational plans.

Before joining Pearson, Ben worked at Houghton Mifflin Harcourt from 2004 to 2016. Ben held various roles, including Vice President, General Manager, Director of Sales, District Manager, and Division Manager. In these roles, they were responsible for sales leadership, business development, market planning, personnel management, and achieving revenue goals.

Ben also has experience as a Principal and COO at D.K. Services, where they led a successful provider of contract technical services and training to automotive and steel industries. Ben oversaw day-to-day operations and developed a portfolio of blue-chip accounts.

Earlier in their career, Ben worked as a Sales Representative at McDougal Littell, a Houghton Mifflin Company, and as an Account Manager at US Steel.

In 2021, Ben took on the role of Advisory Council Member at the Digital Marketing Certificate Program at The George Washington University, School of Business.

Ben Koth has a Bachelor's degree in Speech Communication/Education from Miami University. Ben also holds a Masters of Business Administration in Finance from Xavier University - Williams College of Business. In addition, they have obtained certifications in Everything Disc 363 from Everything DiSC: A Wiley Brand in January 2016. Ben also has certifications in Dimensions of Professional Selling from Carew International, Salesforce.com from Salesforce, and The ValueSelling Framework from ValueSelling Associates.
