Jaclyn Damole has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Jaclyn started their career with Bank of America in 2000 as a Manager and worked there until 2007. After that, they joined the Clark County School District in 2006 and held various positions including K-5 Teacher, Instructional Coach, and Reading Specialist until 2018. In 2018, Jaclyn joined Partners in School Innovation as the Customized Services Director, where they worked until 2020. Currently, they are working at Savvas Learning Company as an Educational Consultant and recently transitioned to the role of Account Executive in January 2023.

Jaclyn Damole has a Master of Education (MEd) degree in Elementary Education and Teaching from Sierra Nevada College, which they obtained from 2007 to 2010.
