Shannon Clark

Shannon Clark is an experienced professional in food and nutritional services management, currently serving as the Assistant Director at Little Rock School District since July 2023. Prior to this, Shannon held the position of Market Director for Food & Nutritional Services at CommonSpirit Health, overseeing multiple hospitals in Arkansas and Ohio. Shannon's experience also includes managerial roles at Sodexo and Aramark Refreshment Services, where effective leadership, operational management, and client relationship cultivation were key focuses. Earlier roles as General Manager at The Burgundy Hotel and Copeland's Family of Restaurants involved comprehensive financial oversight and team training to ensure high operational standards. Shannon holds a Master's degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of Central Arkansas.
