Joy Dennis

Joy Dennis has a lengthy work experience spanning several companies in the education industry. Joy began their career in 1986 as the Operations Manager of Channel Sales at Savvas Learning Company. In 1997, they joined Pearson Learning Group as the Manager of Product Information Services, where they stayed until 2008. At Pearson, they held multiple roles, including Operations Manager of Alternative Channels from 2008 to the present and Emerging Markets Operations Manager from 2008 to 2010. In their roles, they were responsible for various tasks such as troubleshooting customer issues, managing restricted product requests, and acting as a point of contact for unique accounts or orders.

Joy Dennis attended The Ohio State University from 1972 to 1978, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in English Education.
