Mohsin Iqbal has worked in a variety of roles since 2008. Mohsin started off as a Customer Service Representative at Pizza Hut in 2008, then moved to Senior Customer Support Executive at IBEX in 2009. In 2013, they took on the role of Customer Support Representative at Ufone, followed by Complaint Resolution Specialist in Service and Quality at HBL - Habib Bank Limited in 2014. In 2017, they became Complaint Resolution Specialist - Daraz.pk at Daraz and then Senior Team Lead of Issue Resolution Operations - Daraz (Alibaba Group) in 2018. In 2020, they took on the role of Community Manager - Dawaai.pk at Dawaai and most recently, in 2021, they became Assistant Manager Complaint Resolution Unit at HBL - Habib Bank Limited. Mohsin is currently working as a Customer Success Lead at Savyour since 2022.
Mohsin Iqbal obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business/Commerce, General from Karachi University between 2006 and 2008.
