Amy G. Peck is the Founder and Executive Director of Campus Bound Scholars, a non-profit organization established in 2013 to mentor and support first-generation college students. With extensive experience as a Registered Dietitian and Nutrition Therapist since 2002, Amy Peck specializes in assisting women and adolescent girls facing weight issues, disordered eating, and hormonal concerns. As a Certified Personal Trainer since 2007, Amy Peck empowers clients to develop strength and confidence through movement. Earlier in their career, Amy G. Peck served as a Clinical Dietitian at various institutions, including Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center and the Massachusetts Eating Disorder Association. Amy G. Peck holds a Master of Science in Human Nutrition from Columbia University and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science & Sociology from Middlebury College.
