Diala Fawaz

Diala Fawaz is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in strategic initiatives and operational excellence across various industries. Currently serving as the Chief Strategy and EPMO Officer at Sawani, Diala drives the development and execution of strategic initiatives focused on growth and efficiency. Previously, Diala held the position of Business Transformation Manager at Health Water Bottling Co. Ltd., overseeing project portfolios and supporting digital transformation efforts in preparation for an IPO. Project management expertise includes significant consulting roles at Four Principles, where Diala led optimization projects in FMCG and retail sectors, and earlier engineering positions at AIDIBI Group and internships at construction firms. Diala holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Civil Engineering from the American University of Beirut.
