Julia Kelly

Julia is the Junior ESG & Impact Officer at Sawari Ventures. She works with the ESG & Impact Partner focusing on risk assessment and impact monitoring of the fund and portfolio companies. Julia has worked in Egypt, Morocco, Oman, and Jordan, contributing to non-profit institutions, for-profit companies, and academic research projects.

Julia holds a bachelor’s degree in Middle Eastern and North African Studies from Scripps College and completed the CASA fellowship, a post-graduate Arabic scholarship for advanced non-native Arabic scholars, at the American University in Cairo.
