Laurie Barton has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Laurie is currently the Director of Marketing at SawStop since December 2019. Laurie also worked at Microsoft as a Contractor - Program Manager from February 2012 to June 2012. Before that, they were the Director of Marketing at McCormick & Schmick's from April 2010 to January 2012. Laurie started their career at CMD as a Senior Producer and Program Manager from October 2007 to April 2010, and at The Marketing Arm, where they held various roles including Account Supervisor from May 2005 to September 2007, Integration Group Manager from November 2004 to May 2005, and Field Manager from April 2003 to November 2004.
Laurie Barton completed their education with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (BS BA) majoring in Marketing from The Ohio State University from 1997 to 2001. Laurie then pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) specializing in Management from the University of Oregon Lundquist College of Business from 2001 to 2003. In addition to their degree qualifications, Laurie obtained a certification in Product Strategy from Kellogg Executive Education in February 2021.
