Audrey Sharif

Audrey Sharif has a diverse work experience in human resources and recruitment spanning over 15 years. Audrey began their career as a Recruiter at TSA in 2003. Audrey then moved on to work as a Human Resources Consultant at the Georgia Technology Authority, where they maintained knowledge of labor and employment laws and mediated discussions between employers and employees. Audrey then joined Cox Communications as an HRMS, where they administered employment activities, developed Affirmative Action Plans, and provided training on compensation and benefits programs. Audrey later worked at KBR, Inc. as a Human Resources Executive, where they implemented workforce policies and procedures and resolved employee complaints. Audrey then took on the role of Division Recruiter at Orkin Pest Control, where they monitored talent management services, led employee acquisitions, and coached and mentored staff. Currently, they serve as the Vice President of Human Resources at SAWTST, LLC, where they develop and administers HR plans and procedures and contributes to department goals and objectives.

Audrey Sharif began their education at Spelman College from 1989 to 1992, where they obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree with a focus on Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration. Later, they pursued further education at American InterContinental University from 1998 to 2001, earning a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree, also specializing in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration.
