Andreas Janholt

Andreas Janholt is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in banking, M&A, and commercial law. Since July 2010, Andreas has held the positions of Group General Counsel and Deputy Head of Legal at Saxo Bank A/S, a global investment bank known for facilitating online access to the capital markets. Prior to this, Andreas served as a Senior Legal Consultant at Saxo Bank, specializing in banking, M&A, and commercial contracts. Andreas's legal career also includes roles at Kromann Reumert, Denmark's leading law firm, where expertise in M&A and corporate law was developed, as well as experience at Nielsen & Thomsen Advokater focusing on real estate and construction law. Andreas began a military career as a First Lieutenant in the Danish Army, which lasted from 1995 to 2000. Education includes a law degree in commercial law from Københavns Universitet and additional studies at the University of the Pacific's McGeorge School of Law.
