Rasmus Abel Aagaard is an experienced leader in finance and risk management, currently serving as Head of Change at Saxo Bank since February 2019, where responsibilities include building scalable and user-friendly tools for finance and risk teams to support the company's growth. Prior roles at Saxo Bank include Project Manager, overseeing notable projects such as the Data Workbench and Project SLIC. Previously, Rasmus worked at Nordea from December 2013 to February 2019 in various roles including Master Expert, Agile Coach, and Chief Risk Manager, leading initiatives like the implementation of the Scaled Agile framework. Rasmus's professional journey also includes key positions at DONG Energy and Ramboll Management Consulting, focusing on risk analysis, reporting, and management consulting.
