Tina Villendrup

Tina Villendrup is an experienced HR professional currently serving as the Global Head of HR Systems at Saxo Bank since August 2006. As the system/product owner of Workday, Tina plays a pivotal role in the selection and implementation of Saxo Bank's global HRIS tool. Previously, Tina held positions as Saxo HR Project Manager and Saxo University Manager, contributing to the implementation of Saxo University and overseeing personal and professional development courses. With a background as a Training Consultant at Intel Copenhagen and an HR Consultant at Dataco/Dowty/Case Communication, Tina possesses extensive expertise in project management, communication, and customer interaction. Tina holds a CIPD certification from the Chartered Institute of Personal and Development obtained in 2005.
