Martin Friis-Mikkelsen started their work experience in 1997 at Intel, where they served as a Material Program Manager until 2002. From 2006 to 2007, they worked at Dell A/S as a Deployment Services Manager. In 2006, they joined Unisys as a Client Service Manager, and later became a Client Development Lead from 2009 to 2010. Martin then transitioned to the role of Service Delivery Manager from 2010 to 2011. From 2011 to 2013, Friis-Mikkelsen worked at Milestone as the Head of Strategic Alliances and also briefly served as the MSP Program Manager. In 2013, they co-founded Saxocon and became its CEO. Additionally, in 2013, they worked as a New Business Development Consultant at the Technical University of Denmark.
Martin Friis-Mikkelsen pursued their education in a chronological manner, beginning with their Bachelor of Engineering degree in Production and Management from Ingeniør Højskolen - Københavns Teknikum (IKT) between 1993 and 1996. Martin then advanced their academic qualifications by undertaking an Executive MBA program in the field of Master in Management of Technology from DTU - Technical University of Denmark from 2007 to 2009.
