Kurt started their career as a Healthcare Recruiter at Maxim Healthcare Services, where they managed the recruitment and retention of nursing professionals. Kurt then progressed to the role of Senior Healthcare Recruiter, where they also took on stretch assignments and played a vital role in hiring and developing other recruiters. Kurt then transitioned to the role of Recruitment Coordinator at Patrick Capital Markets, LLC, where they focused on business development. Kurt later joined Saxony Securities, Inc. as a Recruitment Coordinator and eventually became the Vice President of Business Development. Currently, Kurt holds the position of Executive Vice President at Saxony Securities, Inc., where they continue to contribute to the company's growth and success.
