Sophie Tredinnick is a partner and head of the Government Practice at Saxton Bampfylde, with ongoing participation as a member of Panorama, a global community of leadership experts. Prior to these roles, Sophie served as Chief of Staff to the Permanent Secretary at the Department for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs and held positions as Chief of Staff to the Director General of the Rail Executive and Policy Advisor in the Department for Transport. Sophie's early career included roles as a researcher and parliamentary assistant in the House of Commons and a research associate at 33 St James's. Sophie holds a BSc Hons in Business Management from the University of Surrey.
