Schrm-Cp Stephanie Herbst

Stephanie Herbst has over 10 years of experience in the hospitality industry. Stephanie started their career in 2010 at Ritz Carlton Hotel Company as a Meetings and Special Events Manager, where they worked until 2013. In 2014, they joined Saybrook Point Resort & Marina as a Human Resources Manager, and later progressed to the role of Director of Human Resources in 2015.

Stephanie Herbst, SCHRM-CP, holds a Master's Degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General, which they obtained from Ashford University from 2014 to 2015. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration at Ashford University from 2012 to 2014. Stephanie also holds an Associate's degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences/Liberal Studies from Marymount College, which they obtained from 2006 to 2008. Stephanie completed their high school education at Haddam-Killingworth, where they earned a General Studies High School Diploma from 2001 to 2005.

In addition to their educational qualifications, Stephanie has also obtained several certifications. Firstly, they obtained a SHRM-CP certification from SHRM in June 2017. Stephanie also holds a TIPS Trainer certification from Tips Alcohol, which they received in May 2017. Finally, Stephanie obtained a Certificate of Appointment as a Notary Public from the Secretary of State in June 2017.
