Jennifer Dibacco

Jennifer DiBacco has extensive experience in operations and contract management, currently serving as a Field Operations Assistant at Saybrus Partners since 2013, focusing on HR and Compliance. Previously, Jennifer held the role of Supplier Diversity Analyst at Aetna from January 2011 to 2012, where responsibilities included managing supplier introductions and supporting supplier diversity initiatives. Earlier experience includes serving as a Contracts specialist and coordinating multi-million dollar military contracts at Hamilton Sundstrand, as well as leading project management efforts in consumer product testing at Specialized Technology Resources, Inc. Jennifer holds an MBA and a Master's in Communication Information Management from Bay Path University, along with a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration/Communication from Eastern Connecticut State University.
