Becky Eason, PhD PCC, is an accomplished coach and business leader with extensive experience in workplace improvement and executive coaching. Currently serving as a Coach at Activate 180 since December 2024, Becky utilizes the Activate 180 Methodology to enhance employee performance, retention, and satisfaction for partner companies. As President of WeQuest Coaching and WordCraft LLC, Becky specializes in leadership and wellness coaching while also providing evaluation and facilitation services within the nonprofit sector. With prior roles including Mentor Coach at The Quantum Coaching Academy and Premier Fellow Coach at BetterUp, Becky has a strong background in coaching executives, training professionals, and fostering the development of future coaches.
