Blair Stark, PCC, CPHR, is a seasoned executive career coach and founder of the Manager Essentials Video on-Demand Training Program at Limitless Potential Coaching & Consulting. With extensive experience in providing leadership support across various organizations, Blair specializes in career development, strategic thinking, and influencing and negotiating. Previous roles include executive coaching positions at EZRA Coaching, BetterUp, Sayge, and Bravely, as well as serving as Director of Human Resources at Consumer Protection BC, where responsibilities encompassed human resources strategy, training, and organizational development. Blair holds a Bachelor of Management with Distinction in Finance from The University of Lethbridge and a Business Analyst degree in Business Analysis from Mount Royal University.
