Lily Gu

Lily Gu, MEd, MEng, PCC, serves as a Mentor Coach for the Certificate in Organizational Coaching at The University of British Columbia, where support is provided to emerging coaches in developing ICF core competencies. Lily also takes on the role of Associate Coach at UBC, delivering 1-on-1 leadership coaching to staff and faculty. In addition, Lily operates as an Executive Coach and Facilitator at New Level Work, focusing on leadership development, and serves as a Professional Development Coach at Sayge, enhancing coaching accessibility across various organizational levels. As the founder and Principal Coach of LGU Journey, coaching is offered to leaders and professionals for personal and professional transformation. Previous experience includes roles at UBC Extended Learning and Sun Microsystems, coupled with a strong educational background in adult education, intercultural studies, and computer science.
