Terry McDougall, PCC, MBA, is a highly experienced Executive and Career Coach, operating through Terry B. McDougall Coaching since July 2017. With a focus on empowering high-achieving professionals and their teams, Terry facilitates individual, group, and team coaching, leading to significant improvements in job satisfaction, promotions, confidence, and work-life balance. In addition to coaching, Terry serves on the Advisory Council for Harvard Business Review, offering insights on management and leadership content.
