Gal Golan is a software engineer and entrepreneur who specializes in developing recommendations systems. Gal is the co-founder and CTO of Mine, a startup that provides personalized content recommendations. Prior to Mine, Gal was a Senior Software Engineer at Microsoft, where they worked on a machine-learning based recommendations system used by millions of Microsoft users. Gal has also worked as an R&D Team Lead for the Israeli Intelligence Corps and as a freelance developer.

Gal Golan attended Ostrovski High School in Ra'anana, where they studied software, robotics, and physics. They then went on to study electrical and electronics engineering at Tel Aviv University.
