Derek van Noy

Derek Van Noy is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business development and consulting. Currently serving as Managing Director at Sayva Solutions since 2017, Derek has been instrumental in driving revenue growth and managing service delivery for a leading consulting and placement firm recognized as one of the top 10 fastest growing companies in San Diego. Prior to this role, Derek was the Managing Director at LHH from 2013 to 2017, where leadership resulted in the establishment of the number one ranked Consulting Practice in the US for a Global Fortune 500 firm, overseeing P+L responsibilities and a team of over 20 executive consultants. Derek began a career at KPMG US from 2007 to 2013, managing audit and risk advisory engagements with a focus on various industries, including real estate and higher education, and leading teams dedicated to client service. Derek holds a B.A. in Business Economics & Accounting with a minor in Philosophy from UC Santa Barbara.
