Cary has previously worked as the Vice President of Sales and Business Development for Clean Focus and the Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Pristine Sun LLC. Cary is an expert in the field of solar energy and has closed deals for some of the largest solar projects in the United States.

Cary Hayes attended Colorado State University, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Cary'story. Cary then attended Solar Energy International (SEI) to study Solar Energy Technology/Technician. Finally, they attended New Trier High School.
