Assoc. Aia Rayda Almonte-D'Agostin Codia

Rayda Almonte-D'Agostin, Assoc. AIA, CODIA, currently serves as Senior Zoning Planner for the City of Miami Beach since November 2023. Rayda's extensive experience includes a 16-year tenure at SB Architects as a Senior Associate and Senior Designer, alongside previous roles such as Architect-Designer at Richard Knorr International, Ltd., where contributions were made to the design of the Westin® Roco Ki Beach & Golf Resort in the Dominican Republic. In the past, Rayda worked as Project Architect for the Federal Construction Supervisor’s Office, where over 50 houses were developed for low-income families, and as a Design Architect for both Jose Mella Febles & Associate and Unidad Arquitectonica, collaborating on significant residential projects. Academic credentials include a Master's in Project Management and Building Administration from the Technological Institute of Santo Domingo and a Bachelor's in Architecture from Universidad Nacional Pedro Henríquez Ureña.
