Sunil Stephen

Sunil Stephen is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in operational excellence and quality management across various sectors. Currently serving as Vice President of Operational Excellence at SB Energy (SoftBank Group) since January 2020, Sunil has previously held leadership roles at Gridtential Energy as Vice President of Program Operations, and at Lumentum as Director of Customer Quality and Global RMA. Sunil's career also includes significant positions at SunEdison, SolFocus, Finisar Corporation, Brocade, and Raychem, with a strong focus on quality systems and customer satisfaction. Sunil holds a Master of Science in Industrial Engineering from Stanford University and a Master of Science in Engineering Management from Northeastern University, complemented by an educational background from PSG College of Technology.
