Vanessa Peris

Vanessa Peris is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in global human resources leadership. Currently serving as the Global Head of HR at SB Media Group since February 2023, Vanessa oversees HR operations across the UAE, UK, EU, and USA, successfully establishing new offices in London, Prague, and LA while increasing the workforce from 24 to 65. Prior to this, Vanessa held the position of Regional HR Lead at ASDA'A BCW, where a comprehensive recruiting strategy was designed and executed. As the Global Head of Talent and HR at ITP Media Group, Vanessa led HR initiatives across the Middle East and established a new office in Saudi Arabia, significantly growing the workforce. Previous roles at Givaudan, Schlumberger, and Kellogg Brown and Root further solidified Vanessa's expertise in HR functions. Vanessa holds a Master’s degree in International Business and a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing and International Business from the University of Wollongong.
