Carmenluisa Cabello

Carmenluisa Cabello started their work experience as a Radio Access Network Engineer at Telefónica in October 2010. Carmenluisa monitored and troubleshooted issues with the network's availability and performance. Carmenluisa then worked as a Network Coordinator, providing technical guidance and developing troubleshooting procedures. Carmenluisa later became a Network Operations Specialist, supervising SLA compliance and optimizing operational processes.

In September 2014, Carmenluisa became a Project Manager at Telefónica, coordinating the deployment of a Fault Management Automated System. Carmenluisa also prepared business cases and procurement documentation for new software solutions. Carmenluisa presented ideas and solutions to senior management and led projects throughout their lifecycle.

Carmenluisa then joined Era Windows and Doors Corp in January 2020 as a Project Manager. Carmenluisa established Standard Operating Procedures to optimize project lead time and ensured compliance with building department requirements.

Currently, Carmenluisa is working at SBA Communications as a Program Manager and Director of Network Solutions Engineering. Carmenluisa joined in September 2021 as a Program Manager and was promoted to their current role in October 2023.

Carmenluisa Cabello completed their undergraduate education at Universidad Central de Venezuela from 2003 to 2009, earning a degree in Ingeniero Electricista with a focus on Comunicaciones. Carmenluisa also obtained several certifications, including "Become a Project Manager" and "Introduction to 5G" from LinkedIn in 2021, "English as a Second Language" from TALK English Schools in 2020, and various project management certifications from LinkedIn in 2018.
