Kaitlyn Graziose's work experience includes serving as the Principal Corporate Counsel-Mergers and Acquisitions at SBA Communications since May 2022. Prior to that, they worked at American Tower as a Supervising Attorney from January 2022 to April 2022, where they also served as an Attorney-Customer Ground Legal from April 2019 to January 2022, handling commercial real estate contracts and providing legal support to internal clients. Kaitlyn was also an Attorney-Due Diligence at American Tower from June 2017 to April 2019, where they reviewed title commitments, analyzed surveys, and drafted legal documents. Before joining American Tower, they served as an Associate Claims Counsel at Fidelity National Title from January 2016 to June 2017. Kaitlyn also had internships at the United States Attorney's Office and Boston Juvenile Court, where they gained experience in asset forfeiture, civil defense, and juvenile court cases. Kaitlyn started their career as a General Assistant at Radey Thomas Yon & Clark, P.A., and was an Alumni of Kappa Alpha Theta Fraternity.
Kaitlyn Graziose obtained their Juris Doctor degree from Northeastern University School of Law from 2012 to 2015. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Creative Writing at Florida State University from 2008 to 2012. Kaitlyn also graduated from Clearwater Central Catholic High School in 2008, earning their High School diploma. Kaitlyn is certified as an Authorized House Counsel by The Florida Bar in 2016 and has been admitted to the Massachusetts Bar in 2015.
