Michael Santora

Michael Santora is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in total rewards, compensation, and benefits across various leading organizations. Currently serving as the Global Head of Total Rewards at SBA Communications since 2019, Michael has been instrumental in implementing key initiatives including the Global Career Framework and Compensation Strategy. Prior to this role, Michael held the position of Vice President, Global Total Rewards at Cheetah Digital, where efforts led to the establishment of comprehensive compensation and benefits functions. As Head of Total Rewards for BVLGARI, a division of LVMH, and in senior roles at Saks Fifth Avenue and Ross Stores, Michael has consistently demonstrated strategic leadership and innovative approaches in the HR domain. Michael holds a Certificate of Advanced Study in Economics from the University at Albany and a Bachelor of Science in Economics from the State University of New York at Plattsburgh.
