Stephen Billy

Stephen Billy has a diverse work experience in various roles and positions. Stephen is currently working as the Vice President of State Affairs at SBA Pro-Life America since August 2022. Prior to that, they served as the Executive Director at Charlotte Lozier Institute from March 2021. From April 2020 to January 2021, they worked as a Senior Advisor at the Office of Management and Budget. Before that, they were the Deputy Chief of Staff at the Bureau of Industry and Security, U.S. Department of Commerce from December 2019 to April 2020. Stephen has also held positions at the U.S. Office of Personnel Management, the U.S. House of Representatives, Robert Pittenger for U.S. Congress, The Federalist Society, NC Dept of Justice, and PA Dept of State.

Stephen Billy earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from Bridgewater State University in 2006. Stephen then attended Rutgers University - Newark from 2006 to 2008, where they obtained another Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science. Finally, from 2008 to 2011, Stephen pursued their Juris Doctorate degree in Law at Widener University Commonwealth Law School.
