Jan Sinclair

Jan Sinclair is an experienced leader in finance and corporate governance, currently serving as Chairman of the Board for Svenska Skeppshypotek and the Sixth Swedish National Pension Fund, as well as holding the same position at SBAB. Jan's extensive career includes significant roles such as Acting CEO at Almi, Honorary Consul in Germany, and a series of board memberships including Nilsson Energy AB and STS Alpresor. Previously, Jan served in key executive positions at SEB for nearly two decades, including CEO of Merchant Banking, where responsibilities encompassed strategic planning, corporate development, and risk management.
