Oxana Falk

Oxana Falk is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer service, data management, and investment. Currently serving as the Head of Customer Service & Mortgage Analytics at SBAB, Oxana also acts as an Angel Investor, focusing on startups that aim to improve climate, health, and education. Previously, at Tobii, responsibilities included project management and leading data teams in Stockholm and Suzhou, overseeing data acquisition and strategic product management. At Statistics Sweden, Oxana held various leadership roles, including Head of Unit for ICT and Product Manager for the Consumer Price Index, while successfully delivering 46 monthly publications. An entrepreneurial spirit was demonstrated through the operation of a cleaning business during academic studies at Lund University, where dual Master's degrees in Economics and Statistics were obtained.
