Daria Martinoni

Daria Martinoni is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the transportation and arts sectors. Currently serving as the Head of "SBB Region Ost" at SBB CFF FFS since January 2019, Daria has previously held various significant roles within SBB Swiss Federal Railways, including Deputy Head of Timetabling and Netdesign, Project Leader for Rail 2030, and Head of Strategic Planning. Daria also worked as a Fine Art Photographer from March 2018 to January 2019. Prior to these positions, Daria was a Senior Research Fellow and Lecturer at Universität Zürich, where academic contributions were made from May 1997 to July 2001. Daria holds a PhD in Geography, Mathematics, and GIS, as well as an MSc in Geography from Universität Zürich.
