Dirco de Corso has extensive experience in strategic and operational roles within supply chain and project management across various industries. Currently serving as Head of Strategic & Cultural Development at SBB CFF FFS since September 2014, Dirco has held multiple leadership positions, including Head of Program Management & System Support and Head of Projects Supply Chain. As a partner at tap-it, Dirco also leverages expertise as a certified LEGO® Serious Play® facilitator. Previous roles include Corporate Operations Project Manager at Panalpina, Business Development Manager at Endress+Hauser, and Head of Logistics Asia at Georg Fischer Piping Systems Ltd. Dirco's educational background includes a Master's degree in European & International Business Law from the University of St.Gallen and various certifications in yoga and leadership training.
