Manfred Schibler

Manfred Schibler has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Manfred started their career at Lotus Development as a Senior Consulting in 1998. Manfred then worked at Atraxis as a Manager for Collaboration and Messaging IT Services from 1999 to 2001. Following that, they joined IBM Schweiz as an IT-Architect and Project Manager in 2001, where they worked until 2011. After leaving IBM Schweiz, Manfred joined SBB CFF FFS as a Project Manager for Kundeninformation from 2011 to 2012. Manfred then took on the role of Geschäftsarchitekt from 2012 to 2017 at SBB CFF FFS. From 2017 to 2020, they served as a Delivery Manager for Factory Interlocking and Steering at the same company. Manfred'smost recent role at SBB CFF FFS is the Factory Lead Software Development Interlocking, where they started in January 2020 and is currently still employed.

Manfred Schibler attended Teko Olten from 1994 to 1997, where they obtained a FH degree in Informatiktechniker TS. Manfred also has additional certifications, including "Certified SAFe® 5 Scrum Master" from Scaled Agile, Inc. in December 2020, and various certifications from the Hasso Plattner Institute in 2020 and 2021. These certifications cover topics such as algorithms, data structures, design thinking, Git version control, and data engineering and data science.
