Michael Spaeth

Michael Spaeth is a versatile professional with a diverse background in both technology and culinary arts. Currently serving as a Scrum Master and Team Coach at SBB CFF FFS since June 2023, Michael leads a team responsible for managing train schedule data in a SAFe environment. Concurrently, as a line cook at Hotel Restaurant Krafft since September 2022, Michael showcases culinary skills in a high-rated restaurant. Previously, Michael held multiple roles at Haufe Group from February 2020 to May 2023, including Intrapreneur for Haufe OKR, focusing on product viability and market strategies. Michael's extensive experience at Swisscom (2013-2020) involved serving as a Servant Leader for Talent Acquisition and HR, Lean Management Coach, and Senior Talent Acquisition Manager. Earlier, Michael gained leadership experience at Experis Switzerland and honed writing skills as a Freelance Journalist for Basler Zeitung.
