Prior to this role, Rick held the position of Senior Vice-President of Training and Business Operations at ATA from November 1995 to July 2015, where responsibilities included overseeing the growth and profitability of the Training Division, event planning, curriculum development, and conducting extensive training initiatives both domestically and internationally.
