Ana Puzovic is an accomplished professional in talent acquisition and people development, currently serving as the Head of Talent Acquisition and People Development at SBB Serbia BroadBand since February 2018. In this role, Ana leads a team that manages the full talent lifecycle, implements strategic hiring processes, facilitates succession planning, and enhances company culture and employer branding. Previous experience includes positions as a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Workforce Serbia and Human Resources Coordinator at Forma Ideale doo, along with an internship at Adecco Serbia. Ana's leadership abilities were showcased during a tenure as Local Committee President for AIESEC Serbia, where Ana managed a diverse team and drove various initiatives. Ana holds both a Master’s and Bachelor’s degree in Economics from the University of Kragujevac.
