Pepi Cunmulaj

Pepi Cunmulaj is a seasoned business development professional currently serving as the Business Development Manager for HQ Hotels and Residences at sbe Lifestyle Hospitality since January 2024. Cunmulaj also founded and serves as CEO of Customer Success Montenegro doo and Customer Success Belgrade, both established in November 2021, focusing on providing tailored customer support services that include IT help desk and call center solutions. Previously, Cunmulaj held key roles at sbe Lifestyle Hospitality as a Business Development Marketing Manager, co-founded Epic Revenue Consultants where the objective was to enhance property revenue, and worked at The Guestbook in various business development and relationship management capacities.
