Alexey Shkaruba

Alexey Shkaruba has extensive experience in the IT and digital solutions sector, currently serving as Managing Director at Sberbank since April 2017, where responsibilities include leading the Change area in the Corporate Solutions Center and overseeing AI, Digital, and Disrupt Agile initiatives with a team of over 350 professionals. Prior to Sberbank, Alexey worked at Philip Morris International from 2013 to 2017, where roles included Program Manager, Project Manager for the Integrated Engagement Platform, and Manager of Information Services. Earlier experience includes managing enterprise systems at Anheuser-Busch InBev from 2010 to 2013. Alexey holds a Bachelor's degree in automation from Novosibirsk State University, graduated in 2003.
