Konstantin Shadrin

Konstantin Shadrin is an accomplished product director and chief product officer currently leading a product cluster at Sberbank, overseeing a team of over 100 individuals. Since August 2022, Konstantin has focused on product processes and structural transformation, achieving a fourfold increase in task discovery share. Prior experience includes serving as product lead at SberMarket, managing the partner experience for self-employed individuals, and as unit lead and senior product manager at Avito, overseeing cross-functional teams. Earlier roles at Sberbank involved significant revenue growth and the introduction of multiple new products within the ecosystem. Konstantin co-founded and served as chief product officer for a successful flower delivery startup, Blooms&Roses, which achieved profitability. Konstantin holds a specialist degree from the National Research Nuclear University MEPhI.
