Christophe Nicolopoulos has a strong background in customer support and technical roles. Christophe started their career at iXBlue in 2011 as a Senior Support Engineer, where they responded to worldwide customers' product issues and provided troubleshooting and repair services. Christophe also prepared product demonstrations and tests.
In 2016, Christophe joined SBG Systems as a Senior Field Application Engineer, where they provided before and after-sales support. This included assisting the sales team with technical inputs for bid answering, conducting product demonstrations and tests, and managing support equipment. Christophe also attended trade shows and conferences.
In 2019, they were promoted to NALA Support Manager at SBG Systems, where they continued to support the sales team with technical proposals and participated in customer demonstrations and training.
Currently, Christophe holds the position of Customer Support Director at SBG Systems, where they assist the sales team with technical proposals, participates in customer demonstrations and training on-site, and animates technical conferences on products and software.
Christophe Nicolopoulos completed their education with a Master's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from ESME, which they attended from 2007 to 2010. Prior to that, from 2005 to 2007, they attended Notre Dame de Sion and completed an Ecole préparatoire MP program. Christophe obtained their Baccalauréat Scientifique from Lycée Paul Melizan between 2002 and 2005.
