Florian Ollier has a diverse work experience in marketing, communication, and sales roles. Florian is currently working at SBG Systems as the Head of Marketing & Communication since September 2022. Prior to this, Florian worked at SAIREM from April 2019 to September 2022, where they held the position of Marketing & Communication Manager. Florian Ollier's education history begins in 1999 when they enrolled in IUT Lyon 1 and obtained a diploma in Mechanics in 2001. Florian then pursued a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Sales and Marketing from iaelyon School of Management from 2001 to 2002. Florian furthered their education by attending emlyon business school from 2002 to 2004, where they earned a Master's degree in Marketing with a focus on Industrial Marketing.

In addition to their formal education, Florian has also obtained several certifications. In 2014, they completed a course in Social Networks Community Management from CCI Formation Lyon. The following year, they obtained a certification in Non-hierarchical Project Management from the same institution. In 2016, Florian obtained certifications in "Les clés pour devenir Community Manager" and "Simplifiez vos réunions grâce au Doodling" from OpenClassrooms. Florian also achieved advanced levels of proficiency in both English and Spanish through Duolingo, with estimated completion dates in 2015 and 2016, respectively.

Florian's pursuit of professional development continued in 2020 when they completed the course "Effectuation: l'entrepreneuriat pour tous" from Coursera. In 2021, they obtained a certification in Corporate Strategy & Disruptions from emlyon business school. In 2022, Florian acquired three more certifications: "Devenir une personne charismatique et influente" and "Persuader et convaincre: 5 techniques efficaces pour canaliser votre stress" from LinkedIn, as well as "Best Automated Webinar Funnel" from WebinarGeek.
