Bianca Devito

Bianca DeVito is a Junior Recruiter at SBH Fashion, a renowned staffing agency in New York City specializing in fashion, beauty, and apparel since June 2022. Prior experience includes serving as a Program Manager at RippleMatch, where efforts focused on enhancing campus recruitment and managing intern candidate processes in early 2022. Bianca's background also encompasses educational roles, including a Teaching Associate at Bright Horizons and a Teaching Assistant at the Center for Young Children, where curriculum development and student engagement were key responsibilities. Additionally, leadership experience was gained as Vice President of Risk Management and Social Responsibility for the Alpha Mu chapter of Alpha Epsilon Phi.
