Nicholas Choudhury

Nicholas Choudhury is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in litigation and risk management. Currently serving as a Senior Manager in Litigation at SBI Card since August 2025, Nicholas focuses on ATC and Fraud Risk Management. Prior to this role, Nicholas held positions as a Principal Associate at Hammurabi & Solomon Partners and as a Senior Associate and Advocate at Karanjawala & Company. Nicholas began a legal career as a Junior Counsel in the Chambers of Mr. Shivaji M. Jadhav and Dr. Rajeev Dhavan, and served as a Judicial Law Clerk at the Supreme Court of India under Hon'ble Mr. Justice Amitava Roy. Nicholas's early career includes a Human Resources internship at Future Group India and a Campus Ambassador role at Teach For India. Nicholas holds a law degree from Campus Law Centre, University of Delhi, and a graduation degree in Science from Madras Christian College, complemented by foundational education at Don Bosco High School Guwahati.
